- Local Area Plans for Rathoe, Clonegal, Hacketstown, Kildavin Carrigduff, Ballon and Carlow Town Environs.
- Revised Development Contribution Scheme for County Carlow.
- Draft Guidelines on the preparation of Development Plans
- Proposed Carlow Arts Strategy 2007-2010.
